You want to know what size will fit you? No problem! Just consult the sizing chart you'll find next to each item and determine the correct size to get your perfect fit!

In addition, please note that there are descriptions of each item, which are often useful to know more about size and fit, too.

If you are still not sure which size to choose, you can state your height and weight on the order form, and we'll help you to choose the perfect fit.

If the fit still doesn't seem quite right when you've purchased the item, don't worry! You may return new items within 14 days from delivery.

Should you have a problem ordering online we will be happy to receive your order via email at info@bobshop.de. In this case please state the following details: article, size, quantity, complete invoice address and delivery address, customer ID number (if available), payment method: credit card (card number/expiry date/credit card verification number), prepayment (by bank transfer).

In this case, payment from your PayPal account can be effected only with a direct payment order from your PayPal account.

Since it is not possible for you to change your order after it has been placed, we'd like to invite you to contact us via telephone, fax or email and you'll receive a confirmation, provided that your order hasn't been sent yet.

Your payment will be debited to your credit card only after your merchandise has been shipped.
 

If you are not at home when your package is delivered and the parcel arrives with standard shipping, the carrier will leave a notice telling you the second delivery time or where you can go to pick it up. In case of express shipping, we advise you to indicate your phone number since a new delivery date will be arranged with you via phone.

Nevertheless, please state a delivery address where someone will be present at the time of delivery.
 

When you order, the invoice amount will be marked on your account. We do not charge your account until your merchandise has been shipped.

The sales contract between bike o´bello and the customer is achieved by shipment of the items ordered. You will receive shipping confirmation via email once your order has been shipped.

Despite proving high-quality products from the best suppliers we cannot guarantee that all products will be absolutely free of material or manufacturing faults. This is why our customer service department is at your disposal at any time for complaints, too.

Please note that for hygiene reasons complaints about textiles will be accepted only for clean clothes. Please fill in the returns form describing your complaint, then return the item together with the returns form; instead of the returns form, you may also write and send back a separate note describing your complaint, together with the invoice.


Returning complaints

Please remember to pay sufficient postage for the return parcel, as it will not be accepted otherwise.


Damaged parcel:

When shipping the parcels with DHL or any other logistics company, the shipping costs include a free parcel insurance against loss and damage up to € 500.

If you receive a damaged parcel, please check the goods immediately in the presence of the carrier or at the post office as you need a written damage confirmation for any further complaint.

 

If the item is defective or faulty, you can ask for supplementary performance (by either rectification or replacement). If the supplementary performance fails and the damage is substantial you have the right to cancel the purchase or to reduce the purchase price.

 

Above the product details, you'll find the information about the availability of an article. If the article is stated as "Ready for shipping", it is available and can be shipped immediately. If an article or a size is temporarily out of stock, the next possible delivery date will be indicated. If an article is not available anymore, it is labelled "Undeliverable". You can rely on this information and on our reliable delivery.
 

In order to avoid additional shipping costs, partial deliveries are excluded.
