Cancellation of an order
Enjoy risk-free Shopping with us! You have the right to cancel any order within 14 days by writing us and this way cancelling your order or by returning the goods to bike o´bello within 14 days of delivery. Please also note our Trading Conditions-section.
The cancellation period begins with the day of delivery of the goods. In order to respect the cancellation period, you'll simply have to send us a written cancellation order or return the goods to the following address:

In case of returns, we'll refund the purchase price and credit it to your bank account or credit card (please indicate bank account number and bank code/address). If you live outside Germany we will also need the IBAN and BIC/SWIFT codes of your bank. If you want to exchange an item, the price of the new purchase will be deducted from the one of the exchanged item.
Returns
Who will pay the postage on returned items?
Please remember to pay sufficient postage for the return parcel! For any item that is found to be faulty, we will refund your shipping costs (standard shipping).
Exchange/New Order
If you want to exchange an item, please mark it on the returns form and return it to us. Please ensure your postage amount is correct. Bike o' bello will pay the shipping costs for the new order or the exchange.

Please note that if the product’s value has been impaired, only a partial refund will be issued. For a full refund new and unopened items must be returned in their original packaging.
